Western Wood Structures
offers custom designed timber shelters to accommodate various user needs and any
architectural/site requirements. Popular styles include hex-shaped,
octagonal-shaped, or rectangular-shaped shelters. Columns can either be treated
glulam or steel. Glulam roof beams can be straight or curved. The
size of the shelter is determined by the purchaser. All shelters are
custom designed and fabricated to requirements of the local building codes.

prefabricated and assembled in our shop.

and installed by WWS. Galvanized tube steel columns support the peaked and
cambered roof beams and 2"
T/G decking completes the roof system.

WWS designed and supplied the components for this
shelter at the Oregon Garden. The lumber is Western Red Cedar and the embedded columns were
treated to extend the service life.
